He is a safetynet for the customer during repairs. He is empathetic within the context of cooperate policies. Bill Case Service representative, I have deal with Mr case on several occasions and he has been polite and courteous and has great follow though, as well as helpful. He has also followed up with any questions and has provided me with information about the characteristics of individual models which was very helpful. John – Shop foreman. John has always been a resource for information, approaches to repairs, and repairs for my legacy Corvettes (he is a master).
